Where’s Our Leadership?
One would think that if our Mayor and City Council voted to pay 18 Million Tax Dollars into a public-private partnership with a development company, and then the development company failed to develop, that our Mayor and City Council would do something to try to get our money back.
One would think.
Cross Creek Divide 
Parking deck 5 floors, plus 7 floors of apartments, 12 floors. Maybe it will be taller than the Dogwood Bank building, but residential floors are normally not as tall as business floors. Perhaps 2023 they will start….maybe.

Jordan Jones does not seem able to get the job done. Can’t even get it started. After how many years???
What a con artist and fraud he turned out to be. And anytime the mayor or any investor was asked by me, “what do you think of this HUGE delay” …everyone said, Jordan is just so nice. He can take as long as he wants. Amazing.

Any word on when this project will start? I’m still waiting for the promised crane that the Downtown Alliance said would be up last year. The city council is in too deep to turn back now from Mr. Jones. He is waiting for the perfect time to build, their is no perfect time. You either have the financing or you don’t. Time to move on to another developer.
